To amend title 38, United States Code, to establish a presumption of service connection for certain cancers occurring in veterans who served in the Republic of Vietnam and were exposed to certain herbicide agents, and for other purposes.

    Please support this bill. My husband died of cancer this year. He served our country in the Vietnam War. He was only 60 years old. All veterans who were exposed to cancer causing agent orange should be eligibble for help for themselves and their families.
  • Referred to the House Committee on Veterans' Affairs.
