    It's about time. Unfortunately, building homes that comply with the Energy Efficiency Code is the best decision, whether it's law or not. Anyone combative with this becoming law are probably building out-of-date homes that cost alot more to heat and cool. These savings, alone, are enough to sell homes of this type, shearly by the economics of these savings, further blowing the argument of reducing building costs in a competitive market...OUT OF THE WATER!
