HB 1009 - Please withdraw this bill. PERS is a fine system that does not need to be tinkered with. Removing HHS employees from PERS weakens the system for everyone.

It's time for such draconian thinkers to be put out to pasture! HB 170 Is just to lock up more non-violent citizens. Mrs. Martinson it is time to think outside the box and end Marijuana prohibition. IT DOESN'T WORK! It will be legal soon them what will you do?

considering you represent a city with an excellent public school system, shouldn't your voting record support public schools rather than minimize support?

House Bill 742: I understand the economic times that we are facing nationally and locally. Perhaps there is a need to do some belt tightening across the board within our state entities. Could this not be done more fairly and evenly across state entities while putting aside personal agendas? I am strongly opposed to the dramatic 20% funding cut to ETV and certainly opposed to eliminating state funding after fiscal year 2017.

Regarding atrocious House Bill 742: Why would you try take away an educational tool to all Mississippians. Please do not follow the exceedingly poor example of our marble mouthed governor, Mr. Barbour. We are proud of what this TV and radio station does. Do not be afraid of what is different. As Americans, we are constantly surrounded with things that are different or foreign to us. Is this not what makes us great? Can we not benefit from our diversity and at long last learn from our prior mistakes?
