The outrageous increase you just voted for will hopefully get you voted out of office. Did you learn nothing from the last national election? The wording in the bill just passed regarding spending limits is a joke and you know it. How about some spending cuts? I'm sick and tired of seeing my hard earned money wasted by a bunch of bureaucrats. Rest assured - the voters of this state will remember.

SB3522 needs to pass. Making "certain" teachers live in the city is not equitable or fair. How can the lawyers for CPS pick and choose the teachers they will allow to live outside of the city, while they fire good teachers who do not wish to live in the crime ridden city of Chicago. We need the best teachers possible in Chicago. Making the teacher pool smaller is going against what is in the best interest for our children and city.
