Dear Matt,
I am a victim of ORC 2744 State of Ohio Political Subdivision Tort Liability Law. Recently I was hit by a City Of Willoughby snowplow where the driver went through a red light and pretty much destroyed my car. I only had liability insurance and the City of Willoughby claimed Sovereign Immunity and refuses to pay damages. Sovereign Immunity is like making these cities and their drivers a separate country in the United States and denies me my right to due process guaranteed under the United States Constitution. Shouldn't this bad law be changed?
