Dear Maggie Back:

I have been through and been through this same old exercise designed by Eckman Freeman to no avail and to my detriment for several years now. Today, my expectations of this yet another meeting which you've requested and that is already scheduled for this coming Wednesday, June 11, 2008 at 10:30 AM are that it will be neither helpful nor positive, but instead wasteful and harmful. I no longer have any faith in help forthcoming from Eckman Freeman and Associates whatsoever. In fact I feel very strongly they should pay me for the damage done me by their passive aggressive behavior toward me, and for keeping me on their hook with fruitless visions and broken promises of helping me, for years now. I would not need so much right now, for instance, had Eckman Freeman agreed to fix a leak in my roof when I needed a leak fixed. They were the payer of last resort and I met all their requirements; now and also years before my fruitless efforts to get help from Eckman Freeman let nature take its progressive, unchecked course and tolls. The damage sustained would have been so easily preventable. The need was real and still is real. The dangers to me are real. I met, and do still meet, all of your standards and requirements. And now you say my needs are too expensive and not in budget. Well, that's what happens when for example you leave a roof off of a home FOR YEARS.

And similar list go on and on, the worst being the detrimental effect on my safety and health and well being and Peace. My family cannot even any longer visit me in my home; all preventable.

After TBI I had no organizational skills, reported that to (you) at Eckman Freeman and Associates and I timely requested help from Eckman Freeman to just keep myself water, clean and feed, and my home clean and organized TO NO AVAIL. Now everything is so way too out of control. When I got a leak I timely asked for a repair to no avail to this day. No timely help and no help whatsoever has ever been forthcoming from Eckman Freeman and Associates run Trust Fund for the state of Kentucky, to me. You insisted, and required the house inspection while more months have passed and brought inches more destructive rain. Further, this same rain is now washing out my driveway and into my home and that was preventable also; could I have just proved using a displaced water study by a Geo Tech Engineer, in order to show Boone County that their destruction off my trees and fence and driveway was allowing water to deteriorate further my home. That needed to be timely recorded as it progressed since they felled my formerly protective trees. I feel you lead me on by telling me that Eckman Freeman requires a home inspection and should the home inspection mention the need for the Geo Tech Engineer study you assured me that would be forthcoming. And now it may be too late. It is looking like it may be too late to save my home.

But we can meet at your request. I have absolutely nothing new to say because my request and circumstances have not changed. However, I will listen to what you have to say and consider whether or not to sign yet more papers with blind trust; which thus far has been my approach as a TBI person and as your client. I have trusted all my many workers. And I would like you to address these issues and whatever you are coming to meet with me for in writing and we can discuss them when we next meet.

And, still, I believe with all my heart that Eckman Freeman is passive aggressive and in business and exist solely for the purpose of being in business. My time, strength, money and indeed my life has been wasted for all the years Eckman Freeman has kept me on the hook.

I have requested legally ALL my file and never received it to this day; including all pictures including digital and otherwise made images and sound recordings.

How can a house inspection not mention things like the fact that water has run down from the roof to the bottom floor, and affected the electric, and caused mold etc?

To you only one of my requests was that I receive a copy of everything I signed in the presence of you and "Rose". I still don't have even that. Not even this one thing.

Now what? I am willing to meet at your request, when and where you want to meet. I am not angry with you personally Maggie, but understandably my attitude is different.
