Seems to be a great person, especially for a politician. Anyone can call him at home and he will make the time to listen to your concerns and address them in a genuine manner. He allows citizens to be a part of the democratic process in a war that they are meant to be able to, but often are not, due to politicians puttting aside the cares of those they are suppose to represent.
