Mr. Stumbo, increasing taxes, any kind of taxes, during a recession is a bad idea. Please rethink your position on raising our taxes. It is time for sacrifice and belt tightening everywhere including state government. Kentuckians already are hurting and doing their fair share of sacrificing......the state government needs to likewise tighten on services and projects.
