If I could vote for SB95 my vote would be against it. If there was an open vote to vote for the
"Village Idiot of The Year" my vote would be for Ellen Corbett. In regards to SB95 she has her
head where the sun does not shine. There should be two (2) parties able to recover damages
under the $50,000.00 DMV bond. Those parties are---1) The Department of Motor Vehicles.
    2) The consumer. No one else. Currently the bond includes coverage for auto auction company's
and finance companies that loan money to auto dealers. In many cases there is money loaned to
auto dealers without making sure the dealer is credit worthy. The auction companies and the
finance companies are counting on the bond to cover there loss if the dealer does not repay the
loan. "The bond is not credit insurance" These companies should be excluded from coverage.
Ellen Corbett wants to increase the bond to $100,000.00. I agree with this increase. In addition
she wants to add some additional coverages. I do not agree with the additional coverages. Ellen
Corbett has no concern for the individual auto dealer. If SB95 were to pass in its current form
it would put at least 75% of the dealers out of business. The limit should be increased and the
form should be revised to cover the Department of Motor Vehicles and you and I the consumer.
I would very much like to identify myself however, with just a little effort Ms. Ellen Corbett could
cause me a lot of problems.
