Shame on you Senator. Such a lack of respect for Mr. Obama & the United States of America. It's as if you sent the text yourself. How dare you treat my president this way!!?? You & Goeforth should both step down. Your a disgrace to your fine state of Tennessee. - anonymous said06/24/2009
I am shocked Sen Black did not fire Sheri Goforth. During these challenging economic times I would hate to see anyone loose there job, but Ms Goforth crossed the line. Ms Goforth insulted the president and did not offer an apologize to the president. This truly says a lot about State Senator Black if she chooses to keep someone on her staff who would accept and spread emails of that nature. Very Unprofessional.

Tennessee should be proud and pleased that thanks to Diane Black, that we are the red neck center of the nation but also bigotry is alive and well in the halls of our state capitol.
