Biography
McLean County coroner from 1992 to 2000. He has an A.A. from Southern Illinois University and a B. A. in Elected Studies. Named 2004 Legislator of the Year by the Illinois Association of County Officials and by the Illinois Health Care Association; named 2004 Public Official of the Year by the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police; presented the 2004 ACTIVATOR Friend of Agriculture Award by the Illinois Farm Bureau.
