Former real estate tax consultant; born Oct. 20, 1946; in Oak Park; B.A., education, Northeastern Illinois University; Addison Township Assessor, 1973-77; Board of Directors, Suburban Bank of Elmhurst, 1975-1999 (chair, 1983-84); co-founder, Property Assessment Advisors, Inc., 1981-1993; married (wife, Judy), has two children and 7 grandchildren.
