Biography Rep. Robin Wright-Jones, a Democrat, represents part of St. Louis City (District 63) in the Missouri House of Representatives. Rep. Wright-Jones was elected to fill an unexpired term in March 2002. Since that time, she became the Ranking Democratic member of the House Committee on Professional Registration and Licensing. In April 2003, she was elected House Minority Caucus Chair and in January 2004, she was elected Chair of the St. Louis Regional Legislative Caucus, a bi-partisan organization of the General Assembly. In January 2008 she was elected Chair of the Missouri Legislative Black Caucus. In 2003 and 2004, Rep. Wright-Jones received the prestigious Lewis and Clark Statesman of the Year Award from the RCGA for her outstanding leadership and devotion. She also received the St. Louis read more Rep.
