Biography
Rep. Charlie Denison, a Republican, represents part of Greene County (District 135) in the Missouri House of Representatives. Elected to the House in 2004, Rep. Denison is a retired heavy truck sales manager. He also co-owned a construction company in Memphis, Tennessee, worked as a heavy construction equipment sale manager in Dallas, Texas, and as a manager of the Pleasant Grove Chamber of Commerce in Dallas, Texas. In addition to his legislative duties Rep. Denison is a member of the American Diabetes Association, Springfield Leadership Council United Way and he spearheaded the drive for Springfieldâs First Annual "Helping Our Teachersâ fundraiser. He has served as the Member-at-Large of the Springfield City Council and Chair of the Government Affairs Committee and
