Biography
Rep. Margaret Donnelly, a Democrat, represents part of St. Louis County (District 73) in the Missouri House of Representatives. She was elected to the House in November 2002. In addition to her legislative duties, Rep. Donnelly is an attorney concentrating in family and juvenile law. Previously she worked as a school social worker. Rep. Donnelly served in 2005 as a member of the Medicaid Reform Commission. Rep. Donnelly is a member of the Missouri Bar Family Law Section; the Family Support Network; Richmond Heights Historical Society; the Women Lawyer’s Association; the St. Louis Women’s Political Caucus; the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the St. Louis University School of Social Service Advisory Committee. She was elected to the Ferguson-Florissant School
