Biography
Rep. Trent Skaggs, a Democrat, represents part of Clay County (District 31) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to the House in November 2002. In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. Skaggs is a partner in Hospital Management Consulting, LLC, which he helped start in 2000. Rep. Skaggs is a member of the following organizations: community member, Democratic Central Committee; board member, Concerned Care; member, North Kansas City Tax Increment Finance Committee; former co-chair, Young Friends of the Northland; member, NKC Business Council, the NKC Breakfast Club; Northland Chamber and member, First Baptist Church of North Kansas City.
