Biography
Rep. Curt Dougherty, a Democrat, represents part of Jackson County (District 53) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to the House in November 2002. In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. Dougherty has been an electrical contractor in Independence for 15 years. Rep.
