Biography
Rep. Charles Schlottach, a Republican, represents parts of Gasconade, Crawford and Franklin counties (District 111) in the Missouri House of Representatives. In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. Schlottach and his family own and operate a 200-cow/calf operation on their fifth generation family farm in Gasconade County. He is a lifelong member of the St. James United Church of Christ where, in the past, he served as president of the church council and as Sunday School superintendent. Rep. Schlottach just recently completed two terms as presiding commissioner of Gasconade County. He has been two-term chairman of the Meramec Regional Planning Commission and co-founder and chairman of the Grow on 50 Coalition, a grass roots organization supported by all counties and cities along the
