Biography
Rep. Jane Cunningham, a Republican, represents Chesterfield in west St. Louis County (District 86) in the Missouri House of Representatives. Rep. Cunningham was elected vice president of the 2001 Freshman Legislative Class by her colleagues and is chairwoman of the House Education Committee and a member of the Small Business and Elections Committees. She served as chairwoman of the Education Task Force (2003-2006) and is on the Board of Directors and an officer of the American Legislative Exchange Council, the largest voluntary organization of legislators and business leaders in the nation. Rep. Cunningham is in line to be the National Chairman of this organization in 2009.
