Renewable Fuel Adjustment Act of 2008 - Repeals specified amendments made to renewable fuel program provisions of the Clean Air Act by the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007, including the renewable fuel standards and related definitions prescribed by such Act. Suburban and Community Forestry and Open Space Program Act of 2007 - Amends the Cooperative Forestry Assistance Act of 1978 to establish in the Forest Service the Suburban and Community Forestry and Open Space Program, which shall provide cost-share grants to preserve private forest land, contain suburban sprawl, and support value-added forest product industries in states in which less than 25% of the land is owned by the United States.

Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to authorize a requesting state to permit a qualifying organization to acquire one or more conservation easements to carry out the Forest Legacy Program in such state.
