Amend KRS Sections 247.6901 to 247.6957 to allow sheep and goat producers to conduct referendums to vote on whether or not to levy assessments on the sale of their animals; to define "Association", "Caprine", and "Ovine"; to establish a Kentucky Sheep and Goat Council; to allow the council to determine how assessment funds shall be disbursed; to establish how assessments may be terminated; make technical corrections to conform.
