Therefore, the maximum one-time increase to state expenditures is estimated to be $150,000. If the traffic signal is installed as required, there would be a recurring increase to state expenditures estimated to be $2,000 per year for annual maintenance. If the study reveals no traffic signal is warranted, there would be no additional one-time or recurring state expenditures.
