Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency - Authorizes TWRA to make expenditures from the 1986 wetland acquisition fund to purchase suitable land for the establishment of a wildlife management area in Dickson County. - Amends TCA Title 11, Chapter 14, Part 4.

Other Fiscal Impact - In the absence of this legislation, such a purchase using Wetlands Acquisition Fund dollars would not be authorized. Therefore, the impact of this bill will be an increase in state expenditures to the Wetlands Acquisition Fund and such purchase will be subject to the discretion of the Executive Director of TWRA. The increase in expenditures from the Wetlands Acquisition Fund cannot be reasonably determined but is estimated to exceed $600,000 to the extent land is purchased for establishment of a wildlife management area in Dickson County.
