Recognizes the 60th anniversary of the Berlin Airlift as the largest and longest running humanitarian airlift operation in history.

Honors the service and sacrifice of the men and women who participated in and supported the Airlift.

Commends the close friendship forged between the American, British, and German people through the Airlift.

Applauds the men and women of the U.S. Air Force's Air Mobility Command who still work diligently to provide hope, save lives, and deliver freedom around the world in support of U.S. foreign policy objectives.

To direct the Secretary of State to submit a report outlining the steps taken and plans made by the United States to end Turkey's blockade of Armenia, and for other purposes.

End the Turkish Blockade of Armenia Act - Expresses the sense of Congress that the President and Secretary of State should call upon Turkey to comply with the long-standing U.S. position that Turkey should lift its ongoing blockade with Armenia.

Directs the Secretary to report on U.S. plans and steps taken to end such blockade.
