Providesthat if at the time of the offense of stalking, the victim is a minor and theoffender is 10 or more years older than the victim, the sentence imposed shallinclude a mandatory minimum term of confinement of 30 days. The bill alsoprovides that (i) for a second such conviction occurring within five years thepenalty shall include a mandatory minimum term of confinement of 60 days and(ii) for a third conviction of stalking occurring within five years the penaltyshall include a mandatory minimum term of confinement of 90 days.
