Additionally,it eliminates, for Hampton Roads, the 5 percent sales and use tax on vehiclerepairs, the initial vehicle registration fee, the congestion relief fee, andthe increased commercial real estate tax. Finally, the bill increases, forHampton Roads, the tax on motor fuels from 2 percent to 5 percent, the carrental fee from 2 percent to 5 percent, and the annual vehicle license fee from$10 to $50.
