DISABLED HIRING INCENTIVES Amends the Department of Central Management Services Law. Requires the Department of Central Management Services, in cooperation with the Department of Human Services, to develop and implement plans to increase the number of individuals with a disability employed by State government. Amends the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law. Requires the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, in cooperation with the Department of Human Services, to develop and implement a public awareness campaign designed to increase statewide awareness of issues that affect individuals with a disability. Sets forth requirements for the public awareness campaign. Amends the Department of Human Services Act. Requires the Department of Human Services to establish procedures and adopt rules for the certification of employees and individuals with a disability with respect to certain tax credits set forth under the Illinois Income Tax Act. CONSUMER CHOICE BENEFITS Creates the Consumer Choice of Benefits Plan Act. Provides that an insurer may offer one or more Consumer Choice of Benefits Health Plans, which are defined as an accident or health insurance policy that, in whole or in part, does not provide state-mandated health benefits, but provides creditable coverage as defined in the Illinois Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. Sets out the requirements for Consumer Choice of Benefits Health Insurance Plans. Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Creates an employer health insurance contribution credit. Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Creates a new Article establishing the Illinois Innovative Insurance Solutions Law. INTERNET DATING DISCLOSURE ACT Creates the Internet Dating Disclosure and Safety Awareness Act. Requires an online dating service provider offering services to residents of this State to disclose clearly and conspicuously, to any member who provides a billing address or a zip code in this State when registering with the provider, that the online dating provider either initiates a background check of felony and sex offense convictions on each member prior to permitting any member to communicate with a member in this State or that the online dating service provider does not initiate such a background check. Provides language concerning the disclosures. Requires an online dating service provider that conducts criminal background checks to post a safety awareness notification and provides required language for that notification. Provides that failure to comply with the disclosure requirements of the Act shall constitute an unlawful business practice under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive [...]

HPV PREVENTION Amends the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois, the School Code, and the Communicable Disease Prevention Act. Requires that the Cervical Cancer Elimination Task Force identify strategies that are effective in reducing the number of women who are unscreened and under-screened for cervical cancer; increase awareness about human papillomavirus (HPV) and its link to cervical cancer and cervical dysplasia, the availability and efficacy of the HPV vaccine in the prevention of the disease, and the importance of providing it to young females; and assist in the development and implementation of a plan to provide HPV vaccines to the maximum extent possible throughout the State. VEH CD-OVARIAN CANCER PLATES Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code and the State Finance Act. Creates the Ovarian Cancer Awareness Fund. Provides for the issuance of Ovarian Cancer Awareness license plates. Provides that in addition to the appropriate registration fees, an applicant for the special plate shall be charged an original issuance fee of $25 and a fee of $25 for each renewal. Provides that $10 of the additional original issuance fee and $23 of the renewal fee shall be deposited into the Ovarian Cancer Awareness Fund. Provides that $15 of the original issuance fee and $2 of the renewal fee shall be deposited into the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund. Provides that, subject to appropriation by the General Assembly and approval by the Secretary of State, the moneys in the Ovarian Cancer Awareness Fund shall be paid as grants to the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition, Inc. for ovarian cancer research, education, screening, and treatment.
