Autopsies - Specifies that when a criminal conviction results from the findings of an autopsy, the cost of the autopsy, including exhumation, will be included as part of the court costs "to be assessed in accordance with the present law provisions governing fees for officers" instead of "to be paid by the defendant." - Amends TCA Title 38, Chapter 7.
