Bill TextResolution promoting the safe operation of 15-passenger vans. 4/30/2008--Passed House amended. Recognizes the need for awareness of the increased risks of driving 15-passenger vans. Encourages operators of such vans to provide adequate training for drivers and safety information to passengers, including the need to wear seat belts.
