If such drug is interchanged with notice to the participant, the pharmacy that fills such prescription shall notify the prescribing health care professional before delivery of the prescription. The requirement under this act shall not apply to prescriptions dispensed for inpatients of a hospital, nursing home, assisted living facility, or inpatients of a mental health or residential facility.
