Roads Legislation - Louisiana

Establishes a speed limit of 45 mph on La. Highway 182 in St. Mary Parish from the western city limits of Patterson to Hayes Lane.

Designates that portion of Louisiana Highway 12 that is located within the city of DeQuincy as the "Buddy Henagan Memorial Parkway."

Requires any parish which receives parish transportation fund monies and which does not close a crossing at the request of DOTD within the parish or a municipality to use such funds to install railroad crossing gates at the crossing prior to any other use.
