Provides relative to the district offices of members of the legislature (OR NO IMPACT See Note)

Provides relative to the criteria for legislative assistants to be eligible for participation in state group benefits, state employees' retirement system, and other benefits (OR SEE FISC NOTE) (OR SEE ACTUARIAL NOTE SD)

Directs the clerk of the House of Representatives and the secretary of the Senate, upon the death of a legislator, to notify certain legislators of capital outlay projects the deceased legislator had submitted for inclusion in the capital outlay budget or Capital Outlay Bill

Provides for temporary successors for legislators called to active duty in the armed services for a period of thirty days or more (EG NO IMPACT See Note)
