Fallen Servicemember Respectful Return Act - Requires that, when transportation of the remains of a deceased member of the Armed Forces who dies during active duty or inactive-duty training includes transportation by aircraft, the Secretary of the military department concerned shall provide for the delivery of such remains to the commercial, general aviation, or military airport nearest to the place selected by the deceased's designee, or if such a selection is not made, nearest to the cemetery selected by the Secretary.

To amend title 37, United States Code, to authorize the payment of travel costs for members of the Selected Reserve occupying designated specialties when the members attend inactive duty training or a unit training assembly necessary for maintaining mission readiness when the training or assembly location is outside of the commuting limits of the members' duty stations.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to authorize an allowance for civilian clothing for members of the Armed Forces traveling in connection with medical evacuation.

Authorizes the Secretary of the military department concerned to furnish up to $250 worth of civilian clothing and luggage to a member of the Armed Forces, or to reimburse the member up to such amount for the purchase of such civilian clothing and luggage, for use for travel in connection with a medical evacuation. (Under current law $250 is allowed, but only for furnishing civilian clothing or reimbursement for such clothing.)
