Municipal Government - Allows Sullivan County to select the color scheme of the municipality's ambulances, provided that the color scheme is the same used for the municipality's fire department vehicles. - Amends TCA Section 68-140-526. Fiscal Summary for SB3928 / *HB3681 Increase Local Expenditures - Exceeds $10,000/Permissive Bill Summary for SB3928 / *HB3681 Under present law, the rules of the department of health mandate the color scheme for ambulances.
