Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve Boundary Adjustment Act of 2007 - Amends the National Parks and Recreation Act of 1978 to: (1) adjust the boundary of the Barataria Preserve Unit of Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve in Louisiana by increasing the acreage limitation; and (2) authorize the Secretary of the Interior (the Secretary) to acquire any such additional land, water, and interests in land and water by donation, purchase (but only with the owner's consent), transfer from any other federal agency, or exchange. Hunting Heritage Protection Act - Requires that federal public lands be open to access and use for recreational hunting except (1) as limited by the federal agency with responsibility for such lands for national security or public safety reasons, or for reasons authorized in applicable federal statutes as reasons for closure; and (2) as such hunting is limited by the state in which such lands are located. Directs the head of each federal agency with authority to manage a natural resource or public lands on which such a resource depends to exercise that authority in a manner so as to support, promote, and enhance recreational hunting opportunities. Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve Boundary Adjustment Act of 2007 - Amends the National Parks and Recreation Act of 1978 to adjust the boundary of the the Barataria Preserve Unit of the Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve in Louisiana and to acquire land necessary for the adjustment by transfer or exchange from a federal agency or, from a land owner, by donation or purchase (but only with an owner's consent).

Subjects any acquired or transferred land in the area to any easements that have been agreed to by the Secretary and the Secretary of the Army in order to ensure adequate hurricane protection of the communities located in the area.

Revises provisions concerning hunting, fishing, and trapping.

To end the use of conventional steel-jawed leghold traps on animals in the United States.

3/26/2007--Introduced.

Inhumane Trapping Prevention Act - Makes it unlawful to: (1) import, export, or transport in interstate commerce conventional steel jawed leghold traps and articles of fur derived from animals trapped in such traps; or (2) sell or acquire such a trap transported in violation of such provision. Prescribes criminal penalties for violations.

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to reward persons (other than government employees performing official duties) for information leading to a conviction under this Act.

Empowers enforcement officials to detain, search, and seize suspected containers or merchandise and any accompanying documents, to make arrests without warrants with probable cause, and to execute warrants. Subjects seized merchandise to forfeiture.
