Amends the Pension Protection Act of 2006 to require commercial passenger airline pension plan sponsors electing not to utilitze the alternative funding schedule to use an interest rate of 8.25% in determining the funding target for each of the 10 plan years (rather than the segmented interest rates calculated on the basis of the corporate bond yield curve).

A bill to modify the age-60 standard for certain pilots and for other purposes.

1/4/2007--Introduced.

Freedom to Fly Act of 2007 - Allows a pilot who has attained 60 years of age to serve as a passenger airline pilot until the age of 65 years old only if the pilot serves: (1) as a required pilot in multi-crew aircraft operations; and (2) with another required pilot who has not yet attained 60 years of age. Terminates the age-60 rule (mandatory retirement age) 30 days after enactment of this Act.

Declares that such requirements shall not provide the basis for a claim of seniority made under any labor bargaining agreement in effect between the pilots and an air carrier by any pilot who has attained age 60 before the effective date of this Act and who is seeking a position as a pilot with such carrier following that pilot's termination or cessation of employment or promotion or transfer to another position with such air carrier.

Flight 800 Improvement Act of 2007 - Directs the Federal Aviation Administration to: (1) finalize and implement, not later than January 1, 2008, a proposed rule relating to the reduction of fuel tank flammability in transport category airplanes; and (2) study and report on ways to improve the safety and reduce the flammability of fuel tanks located on airplane wings. Authorizes the Administrator to provide matching funds to airplane operators and manufacturers for complying with such rule.

Serving Economies through Aviation and Technology in the 21st Century (SEAT 21) Act - Authorizes the Secretary of Transportation to allow public charter operators, if certain conditions are met, to provide air service to small communities utilizing smaller jets (turbine-powered aircraft with nine or fewer passenger seats). Authorizes airports to choose not to receive such air services (opt-out) if they notify the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) not later than 180 days after making their choice.

To amend title 49, United States Code, relating to the assurance required of owners and operators of airports with respect to long-term leases for construction of hangars. 1/5/2007--Introduced. Amends federal aviation law with respect to written assurances required for approval of an airport development project grant application. Revises the requirement that an airport owner or operator, who has come to an agreement with a person who owns an aircraft that a hangar is to be constructed at the airport for the aircraft at the aircraft owner's expense, will grant to the aircraft owner a long-term lease for the hangar. Adds a requirement that such a lease be for a term of not less than 75 years (currently, there is no minimum).
