To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to increase penalties for violations of child labor laws, and for other purposes. 6/12/2007--Introduced. Children's Act for Responsible Employment of 2007 or the CARE Act of 2007 - Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (FLSA) to repeal certain exemptions from child labor prohibitions for agricultural employment.
