Rebuilding America's Military Act of 2007 - Expresses the sense of Congress that Congress should enact legislation to: (1) restore and enhance the capabilities of the Armed Forces for deterrence, combat, and post-conflict operations; (2) enhance the readiness of the Armed Forces, including the reset of military equipment; and (3) support the men and women of the Armed Forces, including members of the National Guard and Reserves.

Nuclear Policy and Posture Review Act of 2007 - Directs the President to conduct a nuclear policy review to consider a range of options on the role of nuclear weapons in U.S. security policy.

Requires the Secretary of Defense to conduct a comprehensive review of the U.S. nuclear posture to clarify U.S. nuclear deterrence policy and strategy.

Expresses the sense of Congress that the President's review should be used as the basis for establishing future U.S. strategic arms control objectives and negotiating positions.

Prohibits the appropriation or availability of funds for the Reliable Replacement Warhead Program for FY2008-FY2010 until reports on the above reviews have been submitted to Congress.

Strategic Deterrent Sustainment Act of 2007 - Directs the Secretary of Defense to report to the congressional defense committees respecting the capability of the U.S. industrial base to: (1) maintain, modernize, and sustain the Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) system until at least 2030; and (2) replace the Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile with a follow-on land-based strategic deterrent system after 2030.
