Latest Action: 11/07/2008 - To: Interim Joint Committee on Judiciary Bill Text Amend KRS 421.350, relating to the testimony of a child victim or witness, to include violent offenses; provide that the child witness, while being exempt from attendance at trial, shall be subject to being recalled during the course of the trial to give additional testimony under the same circumstances as with any other recalled witness, provided that the additional testimony is given utilizing the same closed circuit or video tape procedure as for the original testimony.
