Latest Action: 01/10/2008 - To Licensing & Occupations (H) Bill Text Create a new section of KRS Chapter 244 to allow a person enlisted in the United States Armed Forces, a state National Guard, or the Reserves to enter onto and remain on premises licensed to sell alcoholic beverages, purchase or have alcoholic beverages served or delivered to the person at the licensed premises, receive alcoholic beverages at the licensed premises for consumption to the extent permitted by the premises' license, and possess alcoholic beverages for the individual's own use if the possession not inconsistent with the premises' license; declare that it is not a violation of KRS 244.085 or 530.070 for a person to aid or abet an individual in the military who purchases or obtains alcoholic beverages in compliance with this section.
