Direct the Legislative Research Commission to establish a task force composed of seventeen members from the General Assembly, the Office of Charitable Gaming, charitable gaming licensees, and the office of the Auditor of Public Accounts, appointed by the Legislative Research Commission, to study the oversight of charitable gaming; require findings and recommendations to be reported to the Legislative Research Commission by November 3, 2008, for referral to the appropriate committee; authorize the Legislative Research Commission to alternatively assign the study to an interim joint committee or subcommittee thereof and to designate a completion date.
