another dumb bill. GAL are already appointed in termination cases. What does verified mean in a court of law. Do you realize that because you order all records and proceedings sealed, that if a child is taken in violation due process, you have effectively prevented a citizen from even attempting to utilize the free press to make his story heard. It happens every day that a child is taken by rich folks from poor, and unfortunately this bill will make it even easier for them. What are you thinking?
