Does the certificate of title needs to be in the name of the person that is filing the affidavit? If a title record exists and has not been updated to the current owner can the converersion process take place? Also will Notice Of Lien Online Application that I subscribe to reflect that the title has been converted? Will the DOR be sending a letter of conversion letting the appropriate parties know that the conversion process was completed? Is there any discussion of a state stanadarized Affidavit of Affixation?
