    All for removeing the drp, if you cant afford it like me guess what I won't pay but a vehicle is still required to work so now everyday i am forced to drive un issured and unlicinsed because I have to take care of my family. And the bs is if you cant afford it and puts you into this position you get pulled over and all they do is charge you even more. Thought the constitution said something about double charging people for the same offense and that is exactly what this does but claims it dosen't because a second agency gives you the bill.

    This bill is out and out extorsion on the citizens of Texas, seems to be changed so the indegent do not have to pay, all Texans are equal under the law ..Right?...RIGHT? What a piece of crap legislation let's all agree that it was a bad idea to rip the people of Texas off under the cloak of generating revenue. SHAME ON YALL...
