S-961 appears to be going down the same road to destruction by the Senate Committee on Veterans Affairs as other Merchant Marine bills have in the past. As a New York Federal Judge; Stated when he ordered the Merchant Marine be given Veterans status. "The Merchant Marine are victims of discrimination" And it still it may never stop.
