    I live in New York State where the unemployment rate is 5.8%. I would guess that percentage is based on those that are drawing unemployment. If you count those that have exhaused their benefits, i'm sure that figure will well exceed 6%. I agree that those who are unemplyed need addtional help and I urge all Senators from New York to vote for this extension.
