    Honokohau Harbor is open to the General Public with 2 Service Stations,2 Launch Ramps,Haul Out Yard,Boat Storage Yard and Private Slips but the only ones to have to get the T.W.I.C.Cards are the Licensed Captains with Million Dollar Insurance on Documented Vessels.No one in the Goverment or the U.S.C.G. or T.S.A.can explain to me why this is??I've been fighting to get the Answer to this and other questions but NO ONE Will answer.T.S.A.tells me to talk to the U.S.C.G.and they tell me to write the Senators and it seems like they are just waiting for me to Go Away.But I Ain't.When Did Common Sence and Logic give way to Laws and Greed??I got there Consortium Card years ago and they NEVER Check that,EVER.And whats Next,every time they need some Money they make another Law???Thank You for S-3377 and anything I can do let me Know.Captain Bill Crawford 73-1167 Loloa Dr. Kailua,Kona Hawaii 96740 808-325-7278
