The Crow Water Compact needs to be sacked and water expert attorneys for the Crow Indian Landowners should be taken into advice before any legislation passes or there will be lawsuits involved.

I oppose the Crow Water Compact because we as the majority of Crow people have never even voted on this issue and I am also a farmer and rancher on the Crow Reservation working on my own piece of land and now this legislation will take my senior rights water user away from me and subject me to state water courts system. This is not a water compact but a taken away of Crow waters.

I Jay Simpson strongly oppose the Crow Water Rights Compact based on waivers of passed treaty rights which we should never give up in the first place and no true water rights expert has never advised the Crow people on how to confront our rights.

I oppose the Crow Water Rights Bill because under the waiver of claims section 9, we Crows are losing too much and the state of Montana has a lot to gain period.

I oppose the Crow Water Rights Settlement Bill based on no participation or input from the Crow land Owners and no vote on the Bill. A class action lawsuit will follow with the passage of SB 375 by individual landowners who have their rights taken away by this bill.
