I am in agreement with this Bill. My father was a member of the Bataan Death March and was a POW of Mukden (Hoten) camp. He was an alcoholic his entire life and his family suffered greatly because of this. I believe his condition was a direct result of his treatment from the Japanese. He told me he worked in a mill where he was kept. He didn't speak much about this time in his life. He died in 1981. My mother is still alive.
