    It is unconstitutional for starters. Boy Scouts of America are a religious organization and it violates separation of church and state laws.
    BSoA has all the rights in the world to restrict people from joining due to a lack of belief in a higher power as a private club, but it does not need funding from our government. I admit that it pisses me off knowing that my money is being given to a bigoted group.
